Remnant Church

Preview: In the last days all that will remain is a remnant of the Church which will be there for the last call. Even so, this Church will be just as holy and pure as the early Church.


Scripture Reading: Isaiah 62:1-9.

Memory Verse: Isaiah 62:2.

1. What are the characteristics of the remnant Church? Revelation 12:17.

Note: The Church is compared to a woman, and Christ is her intended husband. Someday the marriage will take place.
3. Will the bride be ready for the marriage? What will she wear? Revelation 19:7-8.

Note: The last true Church will only be a remnant compared to the early Church, but the last remnant Church will have the same character as the early Church. She will have the same name.

Note: The remnant Church will not have the testimony of other churches, but the testimony of Jesus.

Note: The remnant Church members are a holy people, Commandment keepers, and cannot be blind, wretched, miserable, and naked.

Note: As Christ purchased the Church of God with His own blood, He placed it on a new foundation of the apostles and prophets and with Jesus as the chief cornerstone, the head, and the door. Surely the Church should be His body and members in particular. The last day Church must have the same name, as given by the Master Himself. No other head or foundation or door can be accepted, and the gates of Hell will not prevail against it.
